Happy FRIDAY everyone! What a WOD today! It’s always the ones that don’t “look” bad on paper but then when you do them they are brutal. Let’s take a look at what went down today.

Push Press – Heavy 5 Reps
**Focus On Touch-N-Go Rebound Without Heels Coming Off Floor**
165# (I tried 175# and got 4 reps)

Speed Bench Press 8 Sets of 3 Reps (8X3) FAST! 20 Seconds Rest In Between Each Set. Use Chains At 50% of Max (Max = 295#)

5. 175#
6. 175#
7. 175#
8. 175#
**The 155# seemed a little light so I bumped it up for the last 4 sets**

Chest 2 Bar Pull-Ups 8 Sets of 7 Reps (8X7) Rest 90 Seconds In Between Each Set.
**Sets 1-4 I did regular kipping pull-ups**
**Sets 5-8 I did butterfly pull-ups**

3 Rounds For Time:
50 Double Unders
5 Rope Climbs (about 15ft)
Time = MY STOP WATCH STOPPED DURING THE WOD!! DANG IT!!
