Well good Friday evening to you! I’m late on this post but better late than never. Anyways, first things first. I got very close with the Air Dyne today. I had a 300 calorie Air Dyne for time! Wow! This was not fun at all.

Now onto the good stuff! My great friends at CrossFit Instinct are opening a second location!! Tomorrow is their GRAND OPENING of CrossFit Instinct Central!! They are having a Grand Opening Open House from 8:30a.m. – 11:30a.m.! I’m going to D.j. from 8:30 – 11:00!! Come on out and see the new place and do FRAN!!!
