Good Wednesday evening! What a day! I just feel wrecked! I’m exhausted! I’m going to tell you about my WOD then go to bed and hopefully get a good night sleep. I tell you what, Tim really had a good one today! It was all shoulders and I am feeling it! Here’s the WOD from today!
Overhead Squats 3 Sets Of 10 (3×10) – Work on PERFECT FORM!
95# / 115# (a little wobbly on rep 6) / 115#
Snatch Balance 10 Sets Of 3 (10×3) – Light weight and great form!
85# for all 10 sets.

10 Bar Muscle Ups
10 Shoulder To Overhead (185#)

**I really thought Tim had a typo 🙂 185# was super heavy to do that many times! I had to clean and split jerk every single rep! I did sets of 3’s and 4’s on the bar muscle-ups. The last 4 muscle-ups were very, very difficult!!**
