…on the blog posts…my bad!! No I haven’t been slacking in the gym but I have been slacking on the blog posts and I’m sorry. Just Keep Calm and CrossFit On 🙂 Let’s see if I can’t get you up to speed with what I’ve been doing. Ok so my last post was on Friday and that WOD was awesome! I took Saturday off because I had to DJ a wedding in Bloomington. I intended to WOD on Sunday but that didn’t go as planned. I was back home in Pontiac for Mother’s Day and I was not feeling the best all day. I was just in a very lala land state. I felt light headed and sleepy all day then I had to drive 1 1/2 hours back to Springfield so I just decided to get some rest when I got back home and that made me feel much better. So let’s start with Monday’s WOD.

Monday 5-13-13

Row @ 1:52 pace for 1 min.
Row @ 1:50 pace for 1 min.
**keep dropping 2 seconds until can’t do it anymore**
–> I didn’t do very well at this. I was stuck at the 1:48-1:50 range, it’s a great warm-up to do.
