Good Thursday morning! Sorry I missed a post last night! Here is the WOD I did yesterday.

Back Squat 3-2-1-2-3 *Rest 3mins after each set! Make it HEAVY!*
255# – 3
275# – 2
300# – 1 (Felt really good)
285# – 2
275# – 3 (WOW! Got heavy but I got it!)

Single Leg Lunges 3×12 (one foot on a bench)
–> Did all 3 sets of 12 unbroken.

Good Mornings with knees slightly bent, 3×8, add medium chains.
–> Set 1 = just bar
–> Set 2 = bar + medium chains
–> Set 3 = bar + medium chains
**These are not my favorite thing to do because sometimes I don’t know if I’m doing them right, that’s why I kept the weight very light but I sure felt the burn in the hamstrings.**

I was not happy about this! My shoulders seemed to be very, very tight. I don’t think I stretched enough before hand.
