Good Tuesday evening!! Yesterday (Monday 5-6-13) was a rest day and today was Event #2 in the CrossFit Instinct ThrowDown! Here’s what we did!!

A. 2min AMRAP
7 Wall Ball (20#)
7 Bottom 1/2 Burpees
**REST 2min**
B. 2min AMRAP
7 Thruster (95#)
7 Med Ball-Sit Ups (20#)
**REST 2min**
C. 2min AMRAP
7 Bar Facing Top 1/2 Burpees
7 Ground To Overhead (95#)

A. = 4 + 1
B. = 2 + 12
C. = 2 + 12

As you can tell “B.” was not my best. I really need to work on my thruster form.
