Good Friday to you! Hope your day is going well so far. Well I wanted to let you all know that I just completed my first week of CrossFit Football!! ( It was AWESOME!! After I got cleared by my doctor about 2 weeks ago I took about 10 days to just get back in the gym and do some very met con-ish WODs. Lots of cardio and all body weight movements just to try and get back in the swing of things. During those 10 days I did some research and asked questions to my trainers and tried to figure out a program to follow. I ended up choosing CrossFit Football and can’t wait to see the results!! I will just be following their daily blog so you can follow along as well. My rest days will usually be Tuesday and Saturday. Hope you guys have a great weekend!! I’m going up to Wrigley Field tomorrow to cheer on my St. Louis Cardinals!!! I’ll be in the bleachers with 6 other Cardinals fans!! I’m going to do all I can to get on WGN 😉
