Good Sunday morning! Wow! I’m feeling a bit sore today!! I competed in the 2nd Annual IceBreather Classic over at Capital City CrossFit right here in Springfield. It was a long day with 3 AWESOME WODs and my teammate and I are ready to retire…hahahaha!!! We gave it all we had and came in 16th out of 24. It was a great event with great people!! The competitors were TOP NOTCH on both the men’s and the women’s side!! Tons of fans came out to support their teams and it was just awesome!! Now it’s time to recover and get back at it tomorrow…or maybe Tuesday!
