Good Thursday afternoon!! It’s my rest day today so I’ve been busy updating the website and sending out contracts for two big events coming up.
The first event is the Grand Opening of a new CrossFit gym!! CrossFit XLT is open and ready for business in Chatham, IL!! Come on out to the Grand Opening on Saturday February 1, 2014 from 9am – 2pm! I’ve got all the details on my events page!!
The second event is the #OgarStrong event at The Body Compound in Bloomington, IL on Saturday February 15, 2014. Long story short, Kevin’s aunt is a member at The Body Compound so they are looking to raise some money for the #OgarStrong foundation. I’ve got more information and a link to the Facebook event on my events page.
Don’t forget this Saturday at Capital City CrossFit it’s the 2nd Annual IceBreather Competition!! I won’t be your DJ, I’m going to try my hand at competing!! Come check it out!!
