What a great day over in Jacksonville yesterday! Mother Nature cooperated with us and it was just the perfect day. A huge thank you to Triple Threat Training for putting on a great event!! Thank you to everyone who came out! The volunteers, judges, fans, and of course THE ATHLETES who were throwing down for all of us to enjoy!! I hope to see you all soon at another event!! Keep training hard!!
