Well the CrossFit Open season is here and it’s almost time to start getting those crazy WODs in! I saw on the @CrossFitGames Instagram a video with the one and only Rory McKernan that they are having a little photo/video contest or game. Basically you print off or make a sign that says FITTEST IN… and they want you so take selfies or make a video showing what YOU are the FITTEST IN… and submit them. Well, I decided to take my Car Rides With DJ Blake and spice it up a little bit with a submission for the FITTEST IN… contest!! Check it out!!
I want to give a big thank you to my wonderful g/f Melissa for helping me shoot the video. Plus a huge thank you to my CrossFit Instinct family for just being awesome! Thank you to Capital City CrossFit and Brian Chandler for letting me shoot some video at your event while I was working! Hope you guys like it.
