I’m not going to lie, this might have been the worst WOD of the open so far! The reason why it was so bad was simply because I’m not very good at handstand push-ups. Sure I can do them but I can’t do very many and when my shoulders are fried, they are fried and I can’t do anymore. I went into this WOD knowing that and just paced myself so I wouldn’t burn out in the first few minutes. I was back at my home gym this week, CrossFit Instinct, in Springfield, IL and I had a blast!! One more week left!!
