Good Saturday morning!! Well I’m up early and just trying to enjoy my rest day after taking on 13.5 yesterday and actually being the D.j. and the 13.4 announcement last week!! What a crazy 2 weeks it has been!! Did you finish the OPEN strong?? I defiantly did not have the open that I wanted to have. I had a terrible back injury right before The Open started and I know that’s no excuse but it really played mental games with me. I felt I did “OK” on 13.1 then 13.2 was just not my thing. I did very well and got some big redemption on 13.3 the repeat WOD from last year! Then 13.4 and 13.5 were just not in my wheel house. Oh well, it’s all good!! Time to switch up the training program and get stronger!!
