Well good Thursday morning! Wow! It’s been a long time since I made a post and I want to say I’m sorry. I’ve got a lot going on at my full-time job and it’s been just crazy! I know that’s not much of an excuse but it’s true! Don’t worry, more posts, videos, pictures etc..will be coming soon.
This weekend there are 2 amazing events going on in the Central Illinois area! I’ll be the DJ/MC at CrossFit Eject’s Winer WOD’s 2013!!! It takes place this Saturday and Sunday at the Illinois State Fairgrounds in Springfield, IL! Check out the link for more details! http://comp.crossfiteject.com
