Well Happy 4th Of July weekend to you!! Hope you are having a great holiday weekend!! I took sometime to update my website with new event information! (I know I know…needs to be done more…I must make it a priority and I’m sorry for that) Anyways, make sure you check out my EVENTS page to see where I’m going to be and when!!
Well, let’s play a little game of catch up! Last time we chatted was in May after I hosted an event over in Jacksonville, IL. Since then it hasn’t been good for me. I put the picture up on this blog post that says, “OUCH” because that’s exactly what is going on with me. I’ve been nursing a left groin injury going on 4 weeks now. All I can do is rest. I must say my wonderful coaches over at CrossFit Instinct have done an AMAZING job with modifying WODs for me!! Some of my weaknesses are becoming better now just because I can’t do any legs at the moment. I think I’m going to slowly start doing some stuff with my legs this week and we shall see how that goes.
