Well Day #2 of the Tim Hahn experience is a rest day. Tuesdays and Saturdays are my typical rest days. I work 2 jobs on Tuesdays and it makes it really, really hard to get a good quality WOD in so, I've decided that's my rest day. I can't wait to start up with Day #3 in the morning!!
